CHOOSE YOUR COVER TYPE
• Single Toggle — a small lever opening with two mounting screws above and below.
• Single Rocker — one tall rectangular paddle opening, with screws outside the opening.
• Duplex Outlet — two separate receptacle openings with one screw between them.
Match the opening and screw layout to your existing device before ordering. Each order includes one cover in the selected type and color.

BEFORE ORDERING
Compare your current opening and screw positions with the cover-type guide. Check clearance around nearby trim and fixtures. If you are unsure which type you need, send a photo of your existing cover before ordering.
INSTALLATION & CARE
Turn off power at the breaker before installation. Use suitable mounting screws and tighten gently; do not overtighten.
Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking, heat, dishwashers, abrasive cleaners and harsh solvents. Intended for decorative indoor use.
